Teaching - with Tio
Roberto Molina is a skilled teacher of movement and rhythm through Cuban dance. As a professional Cuban dancer and Choreographer, he has extensive teaching experience both in the UK and in Cuba.
Roberto has been teaching in London for the last eight years. He has given workshops for the Royal Opera House, Hampstead School of Performing Arts and Greenwich Dance Agency as well as establishing his own dance school the Academy. Roberto also gives private tuition where he works with the student to liberate their movement and find their own style within the framework of Cuban Dance.
Roberto’s career spans 30 years as a dancer, choreographer and artistic director. Graduating in 1988 in Choreography in Havana, Cuba, he has both performed and choreographed in Cabaret and dance theatre. In Cuba he taught both amateurs and professional performers dance skills.
